I have a 2004 9-5 Arc and getting replacement parts OEM or aftermarket has not been a problem to date.
With older saabs one major point of repair are the sub frame bushings.
The ones on my 2004 needed to be replaced at around 110K miles ~ 2016) and the car was taken very good care of. Having a mechanic to it will vary on price but expect to see $1000-1500 depending on extent of repair. It will make a world of difference in how the vehicle behaves. There are ppl here who would consider this a DIY project but IMHO, it is a bit of a challenge if you don't have the right tools and shop area. A few good videos around.
I don't have a wagon but from reading this and other forums, the springs on these vehicles weaken significantly and need to be replaced.
Personally, if I were targeting a wagon, I'd assume these need to be done and a $2K repair bill for those two items alone. YMMV
