Do you have TIS2000 or Global TIS set up on a PC?
If you have TIS set up, and you have the serial cable adapter, the cable to connect to the Tech2 and the power adapter (usually shipped with the clones), you can update the PCMCIA card in the Tech2 from the TIS software directly.
Otherwise, pick up another pre-loaded PCMCIA card online, as others have said.
I had version 148 on my Tech2, and needed to downgrade to ver.146 when working on an '03 9-3SS earlier this year.
For a 9-3 sport sedan owner, a computer and either flavor of TIS is pretty much mandatory to do just about *anything* to those cars, as nearly every programming function requires some level of security access.
Hope this helps!
