Yes - several Professional Parts of Sweden (PPS) FP's on another SAAB board, and general disapproval. For a fuel pump I would only go with Walbro / TI as the OEM, in spite of cost.
I have had only a couple of PPS experiences, but I have not been impressed - strut mounts with miss-shaped bolts that were unusable, and a captive nut so poorly welded that it fell off - I threw these away. These were parts that I could visually evaluate, as opposed to fuel pump which I can't. I got some subframe bushings and ball joints, which I also did not use.
I still have a pair of PPS gas tank straps, never installed, which were only brand available when I got them (the old ones were fine on the '06 9-5 SC for which I changed out the fuel pump). Those look okay.
