The information I received from my Jag dealer certainly made the car appear to be too good to pass up. The car will first debut here in the U.S. at the New York Car Show. The 3.0 comes with an 5 speed Auto but you can get a manual as a no charge option. The two primary packages that make sense are the X1 Premium Package and the X3 Winter Package.

I am anticipating my 3.0 to be around 42,000 - 44,000 with the options I selected. Pricing in the U.S. is not yet available. Pricing in the U.K. has been release. I would say the pricing is probably going to be similar to the C - -yep they say 30k but a C320 is gonna cost you low 40's with the right amount of features.

The comparitive brochure I received that included interior dimensions places it right in the C,3 and A4 category. Actually there was generally a bit more room when compared to all three. The legroom is identical to the Jag S Type. The trunk is actually larger than the S Type and it is 16 cubic feet.

0-60 is stated to be 7.1 on the 3.0 with the Auto. The AWD is a very good selling feature. DSC is included with the X1 package.

The dealer indicated they will get a demo in May and mine should arrive around July (only the second order they received at this point).

I will still have my 9-5 but I was having a difficult time buying a wagon when it is so similar to the 9-5 I have.
