I'm sure you're probably right about the installer making up some BS about the hands free install in the 9-5 but on the outside chance he was right I let him do it his way. As far as Saabs go and the dealers who sell them, this is my fifth Saab starting back with an '86 900 base model and in my experience it seems time and time again the people who own them in many instances know much more about them than the people at the dealership that are entrusted to fix them. Imagine for a moment if there were actually a Saab dealership staffed by people made up from the ranks of TSN. At any rate thanks for your reply.
