Dealer Service woes

Less than six weeks ago Gossett in Memphis had my car for about 11 business days to fix a periodic lurching in reverse. Diagnosed problem as motor mounts which were on back order. Hadn't had the car back a week when TCS and Check engine lights came on. Car was towed to Gossett. Gossett put in a new ECM, a one day service job. Car still lurches periodically in reverse when cold only. Car was in today for a windshield washer check valve which was supposed to fix minor squirter problem (didn't), an AC/heater display module (fixed so far), and vanity visors which had broken (fixed). Took a week to get that appointment by the way.
But I hadn't got 5 blocks down the street when the TCS and Check Engine light came on. Car is again in limp mode. Took the car back but Gossett couldn't work on it today. After all it was 2:15 by then. Couldn't even find the record of having put in the ECM a month ago so they couldn't check part number. In the last month I got my recall and wanted to find out whether they had put in an old defective ECM. Why does it take these guys four or five times to fix a problem to get it right? Are Saabs that hard to fix or are these guys just bozos? Months ago the trunk was bumping and they couldn't figure this out. Had two chances. I got a couple pieces of felt and fixed that problem. Oh well, back to the dealer tomorrow to kill another 1/2 day.
It is such a shame that cars this good can't be serviced any better.
