Quality pads should be 'cured' as they come from the factory. Bedding is done for the benefit of the rotors. What you are attempting to do is to transfer material between the pad and rotor, in order to smooth-out the rotors machined surface. For your application, even with ceramics, the best advice is to use the brakes "normally" by using moderate pedal pressure for the first batch of stops - you should do your best not to overheat the pads too soon during the first hundred miles or so. Allow the brakes to settle into a comfortable routine before heavy-duty use, if at all possible - getting new pads too hot (and glazing them) is the WORST thing you can do to them.
