Go to ebay and check out the new car configurator. The 9-7 is instantly $33,016. And it might go considerably lower. That's about the same as a smallish Equinox. The comparable full frame SUV might be an Armada or the almost invisible Kia V-8. Many more dolluh, much less clean and classy look. A lot of SUVs are, at the moment, becoming downright vulgar looking: Acura's have big maws, Toyotas are a wilderness of creases, Mazda not too bad but certainly not ruggedy truckedy. And don't bet against GM; I think it is going to be very healthy indeed. So get what you know you want--it is a reward!
