I have a 2007 9-7x 5.3i with 2000 with a similar problem. The right side is about 1 1/2" lower. I have not checked the front. Start the engine and it comes right up. Took it to my Saab dealer, who I trust, and they checked for air leaks but couldn't find any. They said they seen this with 9-7xs that have sat on their used car lot for a couple weeks without being driven. It might be a common problem, but many owner probably never noticed it because it goes away when the car is driven. The Saab mechanic guessed it might be in the system calibation, and finding the problem might take hours of labor, If you have a 9-7x, check yours and report back.
