That's good to hear. The more and more I get to know the car, I start appreciating lots of design details Saab had their thoughts put into them. Even in such an awkward project with GM they really tried hard to make it into something special. I'm really glad they started with real solid truck based GM SUV ala mid 90's Suburban type vehicle. When driving 9-7x has that distinctive GM premium SUV feel, which Saab made much more stylish and gave character as a euro-esque driver oriented SUV as opposed to big boxy family hauler. Into something comparable to Range Rover, X5, Cayenne, Q7 and the likes. Considering how much character those old Suburbans had I'm not surprised 9-7x can be attractive among current premium SUVs. So far all my family is impressed with the car.
