Click click click makes me think lack of power. Have you tried jumping? Check the voltage at the starter with the key turned. Should have a good 11+ V if it isn't turning.

Bad wires can cause issues. With the temps outside, the battery can crap out too. Also check your switch, the contacts may be corroded and giving a bad contact. You might have a "house of cards" issue where the bad contacts at the key, bad contacts at the starter, bad cables, weak battery, thick engine oil (cold), etc all are conspiring to prevent it from firing.

Have you tried push-starting the car and taking it on a good hard 150 km/h run down the highway? (doesn't always help, but always fun ;>)
