(picture almost doesn't do it justice)--- real tool is a massive piece of metal, must weight 5 lbs. Installing the seal with this tool is a piece of cake, it compresses the seal uniformly so there is only one way for it to go. You might be able to borrow the tool from another Saabophile, where do you live? You can also still buy the tool (either Baum Tools or maybe SPX), but it's around $100.
