Headbolts- Swedecar

Swedecar the headbolts pictured on your site that have a washer and are gold tint are they a good bolt and can they be used on a 90 turbo motor.
Also have 4 bolts that are new and have part # 912-8687 and are about a half inch shorter than the gold tint ones. Are these a good bolt , they are not pictured on your site.Thanks
