Here is a full update on all suggestions. I checked the screen in the pump housing and it is not gunked up. I bypassed the relay by jumping the power side of the hazard fuse to the load side of the fuel pump fuse at per the Bentley manual and checked voltage at the pump, 12.65v. Keep in mind that I have cranked the engine a more than a few times over the past couple of days so the battery is a bit below the 13ish volts of a normally fully charged battery. The car is receiving spark because it will run on starter spray into the intake. I ran it that way the day after getting it home from the shop with a test light (didn't get my hands on a meter yet) attached to the pump wiring and it lit up indicating that it was getting a signal from the ecu. I triple checked that I did not hook the pump wiring up backwards, but there is always a possibility of making a simple mistake like that. there is over half a tank of gas in the car. I usually fill up at the same place near where I work and have never had a problem with bad gas before, but again, always a possibility. I should have the next new pump in my hands and in the car by Friday or Saturday at the latest
Thank you guys for all of your help, I truly appreciate it.
