Anyone ever done an H4 conversion?

Swung by the junk yard after getting out of a meeting early yesterday and found a fresh '86 turbo with H4 housings! Grabbed those to replace my sealed beams in the '80 turbo ($6). No bulbs or wiring kit in there, just the glass.

Here's the problem - I counted the wires in the '86 (there were 4 wires) and then in my '80 (there were 3). So... is the wiring different? Anyone ever done a conversion like this on an early 900? Tips for a headlight novice?
