Given a knowledge of Sam's background, I suspect that suggestion would allow him a great deal more time to work on his Saabs. Divorce can leave you with a lot of time on your hands!

May I suggest instead that next time you score big on a parts sale, take your lovely (and tolerant) wife out to dinner. Think of it as an alternative way of sharing your joy of Saabing.
