definitely slave leaking. Replace the whole clutch kit while your in there (dont forget the pilot bearing and release bearing too!)
Where do you live Aaron? might be a good Saab mechanic near you.
I suggest: Find someone to do it who has done them before. There are some special tools required (though not necessarily needed if your crafty about it) but it is a real pain in the butt job if you've never done one before. And can be a hard learning experience if you end up botching the job in some way or another (and there are multiple ways!)
