MY brake lines are perfect and the right side of the floor is virginal; my car is a special case, it was stolen then recovered after it was given up for dead, insurance paid out, etc., the thieves had stripped the car of its identity and it sat in a pound for almost a decade before the DoT of the state of New York gave it a new identity and sold it at auction. Its VIN is NY4901 (try and run an Autochek on that!). So it is probably fresher than most cars of its vintage but it sat for a decade with water in the driver foot well so there is perforation but the rust is not as bad as most of the images I have seen. Still, you want to put your Saab right, right? My other Saab (1998 9000CSE/Aero is probably the cleanest 9000 on the planet so it provides a safe haven from the inevitable faults of a Saab which is 28 years old but that does not stop me from working on the old 900TC (one fix at a time!).
