Put a NOS SAAB hood badge on two of my SAABs two years ago. One is my fairly well kept '93 9000 Aero, the other is my 90 SPG. The SPG lives a sheltered exsistence. The 9000 is my DD. Two years since I put the badges on each car and I noticed yesterday that the 9000 badge is now a plain chrome badge again! The covered SPG badge is still fine. At approx. $40+ dollars a pop for these original badges, I'm a bit angry that it lasted only two years. I like to keep my cars presentable, but I feel like buying yet another badge is akin to lighting two twenty dollar bills on fire.. Anybody out there buy any of these NOS badges and keep it on a daily driver? How long is/did it last(ing)? Scratching my head as what approach to take next....Bob
