Why NOT run to 2500 and look?
You've got the throttle pivot right there. No need to know the RPM... crank it up until the vibration shows up and fine-adjust it to locate possible sources. Or do you mean the car has to be moving?
Something in the belt trains could be loose. Either alternator, AC, or AC idle pulley mounts. We can only guess on this end.
