I reuse the front Saab speaker wires. I do the Darren thing for the rear wires. A bucket seat or both come out. Carpet gets bent half back or comes out for washing. But when I've pulled cars apart at Picknpull I usually see less work is needed for the rear and they do the Simon method. And it feels good to have those heavier gauge replacement wires because the factory ones are so light. I commonly see a pair of new rear speaker wires from front to back. the toughest part is feeding the wires down behind the dash and out near the ECU on the pass side. And fiddling with the carpet covering the ECU. After that you can remove the pass sill plate and should be able to stuff the wires under the carpet between the sill and the pass seat all the way to the area under the back seat. I'd probably pull the back seat bottom for easier access ( because I like to take things apart and clean). From under the back seat you can see the factory speaker routing from the amp. I guess you could splice there but since you're there you might as well go to the rear speakers. I get those speaker size female crimp connectors from the local stereo shop. They are a better fit on the aftermarket speaker blade connectors.
