Battery voltage when not running is about 11 to 11.5 volts.
When running it goes no higher than 13.5 volts, and that is only when it is very very cold. The voltage does not vary by RPMs.
The O2 reading I have not checked, as I have not had access to my regular diagnostic equipment lately, but have had actually three 02 sensors in there, the last one being brand new, yes, the signal shouls be swinging back and forth.
I have found NO vacuum leaks so far. Idle is very high at about 1500 RPM in the cold mornings, and simmers down to about 1000 once the car warms up, but this all happens with the Check Engine light on too, so it is still in Limp Home Mode.
