Vern,
Have you been here yet? I haven't spoke directly with Daniel in several years but he was always a great help on the phone and his site has very useful reminders.

http://www.rallylights.com/ Susquehanna Motorsports has been a resource also. They even procured some Hella e-codes for my '92 awhile back. I think one side might still be available from sources "on the continent".
I just put another push switch in the dash and tapped into the high beam circuit to power the "trigger" circuit for the relays in the added driving light circuit. Take the main power for the driving light circuit directly off the battery or the block on the fender liner. Big wire gauge and excellent grounds will help you "see the light"!
Installation of even aftermarket e-code headlights without the wiring upgrade in the later C900 is a revelation. Way better then HID or LED for all round driving. The stock lights are good for about 40 mph on low beam. 9004 bulbs should be outlawed retroactively.
It is nice to see BAMBI at least a little before the crunch.
