This is pretty well documented within this board, but it's really pretty easy. The capacity is 3 quarts, put 1/2 a quart in through the upper primary chain vent plate, by just pouring it into the cavity with a funnel. Close it up and put the rest in through the side dipstick cover.
They do mix through a cavity/passageway that has a rolling check ball. When the car is on a slope, the check ball rolls to keep the fluid from transferring from one part to the other.
I'd use only an oil with a severe concentration of ZDDP. Or, make up a cocktail of oil / ZDDP of your own design / formula.
