Put in the APC and try it out. Don't put in those injectors yet....start slowly with the mods, make one change at a time.

You will have a crappy idle with the 3.0 and those red injectors. The EPROM is a bandaid. You will try and try and try different ones, and then maybe settle on one that you think fits your needs.

If I were you, I would start with spending some dough on a wide band O2 sensor or a way to monitor your air / fuel ratio. Innovate has a device that you can put in a card and then read what the ratios say.

If you have a way to record your fuel, boost, and rpm, you can then apply tuning to make it run better and better. Doing it by the seat of your pants isn't going to get the job done fast or quickly.

Regarding the device with the two vacuum lines, just put them back, do as the other recommendations of connection of the wires, and plug the boost signal from the vacuum line so you aren't bleeding off boost.

Like I said, start slow.....get the engine tuned razor sharp with a stock setup, THEN, go and start with APC, adding fuel and timing. You will change one thing to make something else worse using the EPROM / FPR method.

This would have been one of those threads for the performance board, but it's closed up now.
