I didn't see the ECU mentioned. And, if the ECU that is in the car is the right one, it might have been swapped in, wrong part number.
You've got a great start on the parts swapped in as long as they are OK. Replacement parts that are new are sometimes not as good as old used parts.......
Grounds are basic, go find all of them, clean the crap out of them including looking at the TPS connector and all the injector wiring, just methodically go from front to back or back to front whatever floats the boat.
