I'll take a look at the other wiring connections when I next get some time. I've already replaced a bit. (Ignition harness, door harnesses, repaired rotten connectors).
Terminal 20 on my car only sees full battery voltage when the three wires going into the outer drivers side lower rear brake light are separated out. When the three wires go back into the single connector I get a 1-1.5volt drop at terminal 20. As I mentioned, this, to me, suggests some bad wiring/bulbs at the brake lights. I do get a voltage at pin 20 with key off and brake pedal pressed. (As the schematic suggests +30 constant battery voltage going through brake switch, when switch is closed).
I'll just keep looking. I feel like I must be missing something really obvious here.
