Thanks. I located the connectors on the upper left of the radiator and disconnected one of the two. Plugged in the fuse again and the fan did NOT start. So those connectors are doing what they're suppose to do I guess. They are, however, pretty corroded so I'm going to try to remove the corrosion somehow.
I reconnected the connector and the fan started up again, sadly
