passenger side is a bit easier to get at. The bushings are pressed into housings that are removeable. There is a retaining washer that keeps the outer nut on the control arm from undoing. Just bend the little bent part down flat again and you can remove the outer nut. Then the retainers are bolted to the inner fender. These bolts pass through to the inside of the spring tower and are likely rusty. Proceed with caution. You don't want to snap one off.
I usually put a piece of 3/4" plywood and some shims between the inner fender and the cross bar on the upper control arm. If you don't prop the arm this way, the spring will want to pull it through the opening. As you loosen the bushing mount bolts, tap the shims in a bit so that you can slide the mount off the end of the control arm.
The driver's side will require getting some stuff out of the way so you can access them.
