Problem is under load, it craps out.
So, it's a turbo conversion per the various conversion techniques posted here and in other noteworthy places.
It has 1988 turbo fuel injectors
3.0 FPR ( Stock )
TE05 turbo with a 14T wheel suggested by GPOP
Injection Labs AMM rebuild
Engine completely gone through with Swain coatings on pistons, Clevite bearings, head overhaul, this is a virtually new engine.
If there was a new part available in 2009-2010 for anything on this beast, I bought it.
So, it boggles my mind that it won't go through a powerband.
One odd thing is that when I try set the timing per the book at 14 degrees, it keeps reverting back to 20 degrees.
Bear in mind this is LH2.4.2 with the turbo installed.
Something is wacky with the timing perhaps the EKZ is faulty???
Fuel pressure steady at 36psi gauge pressure on the rail. Premium fuel 91 octane no alcohol.
What on earth am I missing........
