I think that the DIY is posted on Saabnet, and perhaps written by Justin and Gorper??? The "noteworthy" was one of the Saab members of the year, a fellow that has a shop in Flowdah ( Florida ) Seems he is also a Justin, perhaps Justin Duthie??? Those instructions came in the form of a post on C900 board, I can't recall the keywords I used.
Regarding connecting APC to this system, the How To steps didn't have that noted, it's a stand alone system, I don't think it is EKZ related, just triggers the knock sensor and then opens the wastegate.
I have a Dawes device ( check valve set to about 7 psi ) so that limits the boost, so it's a LPT type system.
Any tricks to setting the timing on the LH2.4.2 ?? No matter which way I turn the distributor, it maintains the same number of degrees, so even though I'm turning it, the EKZ is compensating????
