Hey there Bernie. Thanks for taking the time to respond! As far as bench bleeding the master...no. I thought about it after I had it bolted back in place. With the reservoir on it, (I removed it during install for ease of access), you are hard pressed to get a line wrench on any of the brake lines. What would be the process now that everything's installed? Have someone pump brakes while I crack each line at the master? Not certain on the approach there. As far as "extreme" bleeding, I did that, both we key on and off. I tried using an air powered vacuum bleeder, but it wasn't really getting the job done, so I went old school with a friend pumping the pedal. All calipers bleed perfectly clean, no air. What would procedure be to bleed master at this point? As to the shifter. I don't believe it's the rubber "dogbone" in front of the firewall that's to blame, if that's what you're referring to. I've had those falter in the past, and this thing I'm getting here feels like the reverse lockout pin is dragging in the floor of the shifter housing. When adjusted to 22mm, it drags the inside and won't go into fifth. If I retract it approx. 4-5mm, I can get into fifth, but my OP explains that outcome. Any insight on the master bleed would be great. Thanks, Bob
