Odd Flat Battery 1993 900TC - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
I have an odd dead battery symptom. Looks like it may be intermittant no charge.
It happens even with the engine still warm after a drive however after a jump start the battery seems to charge. The battery is brand new and load tests ok. Charging system tests ok under load too. I have looked at the thin wire of the alternator and it looks intact.
I guess I am going to drive it with a voltmeter hooked up for a while. I can't think off anything that would put that much load on with the car off. The headlamps I normally leave on for driving but pretty sure I would notice if the relay was stuck when parking.
Anyone seen this kind of thing before?
