Suplex rear springs from eEuro are 300mm free length (It's stamped on package) with the # of coils at 9. Which doesn't match Haynes or Bentley specs-732-5 (293mm-spg, 308mm-R, 311mm-L for standard). I don't have their front springs but counted 8.25 on eEuro's site image.

Haynes (10-1) claims # front coils is 8.25 standard and # front coils is 6.5 sport. They both are agreeable with the range.
Bentley-731-5. (301mm-spg, 372mm, 373mm, 380mm, 388mm for standard).

Skandix is listing their front springs as 385mm with diamater of spring wire-14,2mm for non-sport package/lowering and front springs at 355mm with diameter of spring wire-15,2 for turbo. I counted the coils on the site image and both front coils look like coils # 8 (ish). Only one set of rear springs is offered by Skandix and they are 335mm with a diameter of spring wire-14mm. Count off the site image looks like 10 coils (ish).

I don't know what any of that means but 355mm minus 335mm is 20mm. I realize that's front to rear but I found the 20mm however else you look at it. I'll leave it up to someone else to find the 40mm. :-)
