they should be plentiful. I'm probably in the wrong country, but there are lots near me, probably also throughout USA and if you check the classifieds (TSN classifieds also). Depending on the model year, 9000 wheels will also work.
A couple years back I found a set of super aeros for something like $100, but if you are looking for 15" rims for existing tires, they are everywhere...
In our climate, steel rims rust and then leak. They are usually only used for winter rims here (cheap and can take a beating, but so can 15" alloys). I don't use them anymore... of course larger alloys get bent on our many potholes, so you can't win, but I still prefer alloys overall.
