the infamous APC clicking Posted by ryan [Email] (#2222) [Profile/Gallery] (more from ryan) on Mon, 21 May 2018 10:29:49 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I tried searching the forums some to get some clues, still thought it might help to post what my car is doing. The APC solenoid had clicking in the past, but it was intermittent.
These recent few days, as soon as I turn on the ignition, the APC solenoid is clicking away. If I turn on the engine it keeps clickinging. If I put my foot on the brake pedal it stops.
The car seems to boost fine/strong. I read it can be the solenoid, the transducer, the knock sensor, or just some wires/hoses not tight. Is there anything that makes sense in this case where the boost is good and everything works fine, except for the constant and super-annoying clicking?
Thanks
