The only way to really tell how much oil is in the system is to flush it all out and refill. However there are rules of thumb for how much to add back in when replacing components. Half an ounce sounds about right for hose replacement, but if all you replaced are the O-rings I'd say you don't need to add anything. Get that system closed up an vacuumed ASAP. Ester oil (used in R134a conversion) absorbs moisture from the atmosphere very readily and that moisture is not released when you vacuum the system.
