One of the first things to do on a turboed car is to remove all of the turbo piping and all of the rubber connectors to the piping and check everything for cracks replace all the vacuum lines. The next thing I would do is check the base boost. To check the base boost disconnect the Apc which is the three hoses with an electrical connector on top of the radiator. disconnect the plug and you should see somewhere around 6 PSI which is about half of the yellow. to be more exact you can hook up a pressure gauge to any one of the vacuum lines and run it inside the car and just be careful when doing this. That way you'll see exactly what the base boost is. Also if you can find premium unleaded hopefully 93 the car will run much better. Bougie core spark plug wires only in ngk spark plugs, and only Bosch cap and rotor. any of the rubber grommets that go into the intake manifold should be checked and replaced if they are cracked or show signs of oil deterioration. There's also a hose that goes from the valve cover down to the turbo piping that one should be taken out and double-checked it is prone to failure you can usually make you a new one of hose if that one is no good. The vacuum lines also run through the firewall and inside underneath the dash you'll want to double-check and make sure those have no vacuum leaks as well. Good luck and have fun
