One of the major PITAs, pulling the axles seems to have already been done. All that is left is to disconnect the linkage and exhaust (don't forget the exhaust hanger connected to the transmission, disconnect the wiring loom and hoses, and disconnect the 3 motor mounts. you then just lift it out.
You'll need to remove the clutch input shaft, and maybe do the 3 fat nut trick to pull the slave. The link below gives a pretty good setp by step set of instructions for pulling the lump.
