Make sure that the Emergency flasher switch is plugged in. They also won't work if the turn signal switch/stalk is not screwed to the steering column (acts as ground).
The double plug having round connectors having a Blue or Green wire one side and black on other, is the speed sensor for the cruise control. Connect to top pair of round pegs black wire towards passenger side. If it's the 2 prong female spade connectors, I'm not sure yet....trying to figure out now.
