For awhile the steering has felt pretty stiff on my car. I'm not sure if it is normal; it is easy to get biased a bit when you have a rental car for a few days with modern steering that is way too easy...
Anyway, the car has new'ish ball joints and has a newly rebuilt PS rack. One thing that must contribute is that I have a 350mm diameter MOMO steering wheel on the car and the tires are a little on the large size (205/50R16).
Would one see a significant difference if they put in a new PS pump?
thanks,
-ryan
