Thanks for the feedback everyone! I have small children so it's hard to get away. I decided to skip this one. The ad is taken down already anyway. If I had more time on my hands I definitely would've at least gone down to check it out and see how bad the rust was. The seller was a small dealer (I think) and he had no idea it was a CE. I recognized it and asked him for the VIN, then checked the CE website and was pleasantly surprised. :) Keeping my eyes peeled for an SPG, that's what I really want anyway.
