People on here like Injection Labs in Colorado. They rebuild the AMM with a new wire element and test it. You can contact them at their website, linked below.
This may be a long shot, but one other thing to check, just to rule out vac leaks, is the brake booster. The old style of brake booster has a push rod that pushes on the master cylinder piston. The push rod emerges through a vac seal that can go bad. The vacuum leak would be sucking in air through a weep hole/slot underneath the master cylinder, on the master cylinder flange that bolts to the booster. You can stick your finger under here while the car is running and check it out. If it's leaking it will hiss and you'll be able to plug it with your finger over the weep hole/slot and stop the hiss. Watch out for the alternator fan and belt.
