So it's likely the right front wheel bearing, but it's nice to go for a drive with a friend in the car to move around and listen where the noise is coming from. Sometimes if you raise the car and wiggle the wheel with your hands, the bearing will feel loose. But this is only after they're very far gone.
You're gonna need either a hydraulic press of your own or to pay someone with a hydraulic press to change the bearings. You can remove the steering swivel member (unbolt the ball joints from the control arms, remove the axle nut, and pop the tie rod end out with a cheap press tool) and take the swivel member in to a shop to have them do it. Many should be willing and understanding, at least where I come from. Once I did it by myself, with a large bottle jack and an old trailer frame and some large sockets as adapters. It was relatively easy. I've also done it with a piece of chain and a bottle jack clamped in a vise. That was scary. Unlike many bearing jobs that purport to require a press but can be accomplished with a few mallet blows, this one actually is impossible with a hammer of any size.
The boot you're seeing, is that the long accordion bellows-like one with a small tie-rod coming out of it, to move the wheels left and right? If so, that's a steering rack boot. They're pretty easy to change and you can do it when you have the car up on jackstands to do the wheel bearing likely on the opposite side. But I doubt it's causing any noise.
