I would probably run new wire to avoid inadvertently melting something, but you could certainly consult the wiring diagrams and see what the capacity there is.
If running new wire, you'll ideally want to use 12ga wire but could probably get away with 14ga wire (which is rated for 32a). Alternatively, use a pair of 16ga wires (22a each) which will make the wire thinner and easier to work with. Connect directly to the junction on the passenger side bulkhead, and run it through the same entry point as the LH harness, then down the rocker. Should be very easy and very clean, although would probably require dropping the knee bolster and removing the passenger seat.
