1. No, I don't think so. If you search this board for Actron you will find a part number for an adapter that you can use with the HF kit, though. The adapter is cheap, worth having in your toolbox.
2. Yep, that still works. Just be aware that you can foul plugs that way. You're really better off as a DIYer spending the ~$30 on a pressure tester & banjo adapter.
3. Yep, or when you're at Harbor Freight you can buy their $10 inline spark checker:

3. Yep, unlikely to be the AMM when it comes to a no start. You could look at the NTC sensor overfuelling. No spark is either the Hall-Effect sensor in the distributor, the ICM on the fender, or the coil. ECM has nothing to do with spark.
I. You actually can use your Tech 2 on the '93, although specific functionality will depend on what exact ECM is in that car. With the right BIN (v44), I *think* you can run activation tests on the ECM, which would include the fuel pump. You can read several sensor values as well. Unfortunately Turbos never got LH 2.4.2, where Tech 2 is actually quite useful. But LH 2.4 is close!
