the aluminum center cylinder will just push out thru the bottom, so you could support the outer edges of the bottom (where the holes for the 3 allen bolts go), and either tap or (better) use a hydraulic press and force it out. You could also close the bleed screw, add a little hydraulic fluid to the other port, and force everything apart with compressed air at that fitting (but be careful doing this, when it comes apart it may do so with some force). The whole assembly is just held together with the 3 O-rings, but if they are torn up in there the pieces may be jamming things up...
