I have also looked and had no luck. I found some listings but they were out of stock, some for as much as a decade or more. That said, you can get stainless exhausts custom made. I don't know how affordable that is.
FWIW, a Turbo exhaust will work, it will just be a bit louder. I have one on my 1989 NA, though for that car I had to change the 2.0L downpipe for a 2.1L so it would bolt up with a newer cat that mates with the turbo or 2.1L exhaust. The upside is that losing the resonator makes the system much more reliable - that stupid thing is the first part to rust out!
I've basically just decided to keep getting the starla setup as it is cheap and we no longer drive the c900's in winter, and I think that was the main thing killing them. I only looked into SS for longevity reasons, not so much aesthetics etc.
