I don't think I've ever seen prefab adapters... c900s were out of production a fair while before adapters because common.
You can make your own - the individual pieces are available - but you might as well not invest the time or money. Not much value in making accommodations for connectors you will never use again IMHO.
I usually buy .093" Molex connectors and roll my own. One 5/6 circuit for power, one 9 circuit for speakers. It's $15 worth of Molex, and makes future rewiring a snap... but you do need a barrel-type crimping tool.
