This o-ring rarely gets changed, so specs are not likely to surface, but the part is still available. It is located under a plate that holds the hose connection and you’ll probably want to remove the throttle body to work on it, but you could also probably get away with leaving the throttle body on the car (its only two 8 mm machine screws that hold it on to the side of the throttle body).
If you need a quick fix, just clean it up and use permatex gasket goo. It’s a pretty easy job. Getting the three bolts that hold the throttle body on the intake manifold is likely the largest PITA: a universal joint and a medium long socket extension will make the job much easier.
